Steps to Apply:
Reservation Fee: $75 is required 7 days prior to the session. It will be fully refunded after completion of the session.
There have been a high number of last minute “no-shows” in the past. This results in slots not being filled by other deserving veterans. To prevent this from happening in the future, we request a $75 reservation fee that will be fully refunded upon completion of the Camp Resilience session or if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to the start of the session. The reservation fee must be received no later than 7 days prior to the start of the Camp Resilience session. This allows us to better prepare the necessary arrangements.

Release of Information & Applicant Verification
We must ensure that the veterans who apply for a Camp Resilience session are physically, psychologically and emotionally capable of completing the session and benefiting from it. Also, veterans that have a service related disability have priority for invitations to participate in a Camp Resilience session. Veterans who do not have a service related disability may still participate in a Camp Resilience session if there are spaces available. Thus, we request that veterans submit the VA Release of Information form below to their VA therapist or physician so that we can confirm that you are capable of successfully completing a Camp Resilience session and whether you have a service related disability or not. Please click on the link below, download the VA Release of Information form, and give it to your VA therapist or physician so that he/she can provide this information to us. Also, download the Camp Resilience Applicant Verification form below, give it to your VA therapist or physician and ask him/her to to complete it and either e-mail it to email@example.com, fax it to us at (855) 335-8252, or mail it to: Camp Resilience, PO Box 7384, Gilford, NH 03247-7384.
